📄️ Mail Log
Each application that has a mail event has a Mail log. The Mail log shows which emails are sent from an application. This is available from the application overview and shows emails from either the last 30 days or the most recent 1000 emails. This is a beta feature and is subject to change.
📄️ Share a Task
If you need to include other users in a task that you are responsible for, you can use the share task function to allow other users to collaborate with you. You can invite users to your task with different permissions: View, Edit, Perform, or Assign. This function may be useful if you need input from a colleague or if you are unable to perform your task.
📄️ Start New Instance from List View
Instances can be started from a number of ways and the possibility to start new instances from the list view is a very smooth feature for users that mainly works with tasks and lists.
📄️ Comments (Discuss and Collaborate)
A comment can be posted on an instance or a form. Other participants can read and reply to the comment and start a discussion. If the comment is directed towards a specific person, it is possible to tag the person using an @ symbol and their name in the comment text.
