📄️ The Contract Management Page

The Contract Management page in Process Automation contains four tabs:

📄️ Manage Spaces within Contract

A contract can contain multiplespaces. How many spaces you are allowed to create is determined by the contract. If you are new to the concept of spaces, you can learn more about them in the article Spaces and Space Settings.

📄️ Manage Contract Administrators

Make users who help with administrative tasks Contract Administrators. These users have permission to administer all or parts of a contract and its settings including users, spaces, and administrators.

📄️ Manage User Accounts and Licenses

📄️ Group Administrator

Group administrator is a role that can be assigned to individual users in a Space. The purpose of this role is to add or remove users in groups that the person has been assigned to administer.

In Process Automation a user can have four types of user rights that give the user access to different areas within the platform. These rights are assigned in Space settings under the Members tab.

Value lists are used when you want to create dropdown menus in forms.
